The products and services provided by Life Products Solutions Group are based upon the skills that have been gained through our extensive years in the insurance and software industries.
We develop systems utilizing our innovative LPS Components for the insurance industry. These systems are deployed on the desktop, web and client-server environments. These components contain subsystems for the insurance industry that can be used in any open system. Furthermore, the source code for all proprietary client components is provided to the client. This allows the client to further enhance or maintain the systems with their in-house staff, LPS Group support, or both. Similar to the Open Source initiatives that are driving innovation across the software industry, this policy provides our clients with maximum flexibility, while allowing LPS to further enhance and market the software.
Project Methodology
- After an initial consultation with you, we develop a high level proposal outlining the parameters of the project with costs and timelines. After a full analysis of the project, a detailed project plan with defined tasks and associated costs, timeframes, and required resources are presented.
- Upon approval of the project, a project team is assigned to you with the appropriate project leader and resources. The project leader works directly with a representative from your staff and coordinates all project activities and reports. The project leader is also responsible for monitoring the timeline and costs of the project.
- Each project is designed to meet the specific objective of the client. Services will be performed remotely with on-site visits as required. Based on your needs, we can be retained for a short-term single project or we can be involved with your organization on a longer-term basis.
